Taco Seasoning

2 tablespoons Chili Powder

5 teaspoons Paprika

5 teaspoons cumin

1 tablespoon onion powder

1 tablespoon salt

3 teaspoons garlic powder

¼ teaspoon cayenne

Mix all ingredients and in a small container with a tight fitting lid.

Use about 1 1/2 tablespoons per pound of hamburger meat.

You can adjust the spices to taste I generally add a little more salt and a tad more cayenne to mine, I also double or triple the batch when I make it. That way I have plenty on hand to use as needed.
