Chicken White Bean Chili

Serves: 8-10

Serving Size: 1 cup


1 tsp. Vegetable oil

1/2 cup Onion, diced 1/8

1/2 cup Red bell pepper, diced 1/8

1/2 cup Yellow bell pepper, diced 1/8"

1 10.5 oz. can Diced tomatoes and green chilies

1 1/2 cup Chicken, cooked and diced 1/2"

1/2 tsp. Black pepper, ground

1 Tbsp. Chili powder, ground

2 tsp. Cumin seed, ground

1/4 tsp. Cayenne pepper, ground

1 qt. Water

4 tsp. Glory Foods® Chicken Seasoned Cooking Base

2 14.5 oz. cans Glory Foods® Great Northern Beans



1. Place oil in a two-quart saucepan. Add onions, red and yellow peppers and chicken to the saucepan.

2. Sauté the vegetables and chicken on medium heat for about 3 minutes. Add 1/2 cup of the water and cook until vegetables are softened.

3. Add all the remaining ingredients and simmer for 15 minutes.

4. Serve immediately.
