Easy Taco Soup

 

1 can chili (your fav I like to use a lower fat variety)

1 can corn

1 can red beans

1 can tomatoes w/green chilies

1 can diced tomatoes

1 pkg taco seasoning

1 pkg ranch dressing mix seasoning

 

 

 

Combine all ingredients in a fairly large pot and cook for at least 15-20 minutes to let flavors blend, or put everything in a slow cooker and cook on low all day for instant supper when you get home.

Serve with cornbread or crackers top with cheese or sour cream as desired

This is another family favorite! Try the lean 98% fat free turkey chili to make this a healthier meal.
