French Dip Sandwiches
5-7 lb Rump Roast or Eye of round Roast
1 pkg Zesty Italian Good Seasonings Dressing Mix (just the dry mix)
1 pkg Au Jus Gravy Mix
2 cups water
Place roast in slow cooker, add all ingredients and cook on low all day.
Slice roast and place on toasted hoagie rolls serve juice on side for dipping,

Eye of round round is a lean cut and a good way to reduce the calories without sacrificing flavor!
I generally serve chips with our sandwiches but french fries are good too!
