28 oz. fat free chicken broth (2 cans)
1 pkg. country gravy mix
3 cups frozen Hash Browns with peppers and onions (I like the cubed kind)
1/2 cup cold water

In a large pot, bring chicken broth and hash browns to a boil; reduce heat to medium and simmer for 15 minutes. Combine gravy mix with cold water. Add to hash brown mix. Simmer for another 5-10 minutes until mixture begins to thicken. Allow to sit for 2-3 minutes before serving.

Nutrition Information per Serving: 110 Cal. , 4.8 g. fat, 1.5 g. fiber

I like to take this for lunch it's filling and so simply and tasty. Try it for supper you can add some ham to make it more man friendly!
