Corn Dog Casserole

8 fat-free beef or pork hot dogs, sliced
2 boxes Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
2 eggs

2 cups Mild Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
1 cup fat-free skim milk

Cut hot dogs into rounds. in a skillet, sauté the hot dogs for 5 minutes or until lightly browned;
In a large bowl, combine eggs and milk, Stir in corn bread mixes. Add the cheese and hot dogs. Spread into a 9x13. baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 400 for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown.
Cut into 8 squares. (8 servings are big squares)
