Bubble Up Enchilada Casserole

1 pound lean ground turkey 93% lean
1 10oz can enchilada sauce
1 small can tomato sauce
1 small can sliced black olives

1 small can chopped green chilis
1 can reduced fat refrigerator biscuits
F/F Cheddar Cheese, shredded

Brown ground turkey, drain. Mix in enchilada sauce, tomato sauce. Then add black olives and green chilis. Cut up the refrigerated biscuits into quarters and stir them in. Then pour it all into a 8X10 baking dish that has been sprayed with non stick cooking spray and bake at 350 for approx 25 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese, and bake an additional 10 minutes or until biscuits are done. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

I didn't have any black olives so I left those out, these took longer than 35 minutes in my oven but I had also put it together and refrigerated it so the DH could just pop it in the oven. I personally thought this was absolutely delish!
