Lots of toothpicks
Drain green beans and place in bowl, Slice bacon in half , take ½ strip bacon and lay flat on work surface place 6-8 green beans on strip of bacon and roll up, secure with toothpick, Continue until all green beans are rolled up (you can do this the day ahead)
Place bundles of beans on cookie sheet or oven proof pan. Place under broiler and broil on both sides until done. Make bacon as crispy as YOU like.
Meanwhile melt butter, add onions and sauté until onions are clear,
Add salt and Tabasco, add vinegar right before ready to serve, stir well and pour over top of bundles of green beans, serve hot and ENJOY.
This is a family favorite I have a son-in-law that loves these as much as me!
