Pineapple Angel Food Cake
Makes 12 servings
Ingredients:
1 box Angel Food Cake mix the 1 step kind
20 oz can crushed pineapple in juice
Combine the cake mix and the pineapple.(Do not drain pineapple )
Mix well. Bake in a 9X13 baking dish for 30 minutes in a 350 degree oven. (I spray mine with cooking spray but the box says it will rise higher without)
Rachel's Notes: a very light cake great for a snack, I make this for the DH and myself quite often. Found on WW message boards Here's the nurition works out to be right at 3 pts per slice you can make 12 muffins instead of cake if you like.
