2 Cups Sugar
1 Cup White Corn Syrup
1 Cup salted roasted peanuts
Stir together all ingredients in a large heavy tall saucepan, cook until 310 degrees or the hard crack stage.
Take off heat and add 1 tablespoon butter, 1 tsp vanilla and 1 heaping teaspoon baking soda, the mixture may foam up stir very quickly to settle it down.
Pour into a large buttered cookie sheet and break into pieces when cool.
