You can program a hotkey on a keyboard to easily access the program. If you wish to use a key other than F12, this can be modified. Yes, Microsoft Windows has this capability, but it requires more than one step. This is a good solution for family PCs, school or library PCs, or other high traffic PCs. The Web site has instructions for modifying five different brands of keyboards. To change the hotkey, go to Start | Accessories | SwapMouseButtons, click on SwapMouseButtons, and click Ctrl + F12. Both
methods bring up a small picture of a mouse with the active button highlighted. Click on it to get the Setup button.
